Returns & Exchanges Policy

At CoinEdits (Roberto Coin UAE), we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. Due to the nature of fine jewellery, our returns and exchanges policy is carefully structured.
1. Exchange Eligibility
Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Jewellery must be returned in original condition, unworn and undamaged
- Must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging
- Exchange applies only to Roberto Coin merchandise purchased within the UAE
- Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase value
- Each item may be exchanged once only
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Solitaire jewellery
- Corporate gifts
- Customized, engraved, or special order items
3. No Upgrade Policy
- There is no diamond upgrade policy applicable
4. Store-Based Exchange (Boutique Purchases)
- Exchanges must be completed at the same boutique where the purchase was made

5. Online Orders (IMPORTANT)
For purchases made via CoinEdits.com:
- Exchange requests must be initiated via:

Secure packaging
Insured return shipping (recommended for high-value items)
⚠️ Roberto Coin UAE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos for assessment
Once verified, we will:
- Arrange replacement or exchange
- Cover return logistics if applicable
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not offered unless required under applicable UAE consumer laws
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed to the original payment method
8. VAT Refund Consideration
- If a tourist VAT refund has been claimed:
Only the net value (excluding VAT) will be considered for exchange or refund
9. Processing Time
- Exchange processing: 5–10 working days after item inspection
10. Right to Refuse
Roberto Coin UAE reserves the right to:
- Reject returns not meeting the above conditions
- Refuse items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
